Zero Motorcycles Showcases the All-New 2009 Zero X at the Toronto Spring Motorcycle Show
Zero Motorcycles debuted the allelectric Zero X motorcycle for the first time at the Toronto International Spring Motorcycle Show this spring. The Zero X is the first all-electric, 100 per cent recyclable dirtbike powered by a lithium-ion battery and is one of the only landfill-approved batteries in Canada, the United States, and Europe. The 23-horsepower dirtbike weighs a mere 151 lbs, a fraction of a comparable gas-powered bike, and requires only two hours for a full recharge.
The Toronto International Spring Motorcycle Show featured over 200 exhibitors in addition to the Auto Trader Used Bike Market, swap meet, customer builders’ competition and other special guests.
